Classes are semi-private and spaces are limited, so bookings are essential. Our live schedule is managed through the studio’s booking system — contact us to be added and to see the current week’s timetable.

Our weekly rhythm.

Each week features a mix of Reformer, Tower, Mat, Yoga, Mobility and Core & Cardio classes across these broad session windows. Specific times vary by week — get in touch for the current schedule.

Monday – Friday

Weekday classes run across morning, midday and evening sessions to fit before, between and after work.

    Arrive ready to move

    Pop down to 37–39 Chapman Street in Fairy Meadow a few minutes early. We'll take it from there.
