    Reformer Pilates

    An invigorating full-body session on the reformer apparatus that targets every major muscle group. Spring-loaded resistance creates a dynamic challenge for all fitness levels, leaving you feeling energised and accomplished. Our small class sizes ensure personalised attention and safe progressions every time.

  2. 02 · Strength & control

    Tower

    Harness the power of the tower apparatus to enhance strength, flexibility and balance. Tower classes use the vertical frame with springs and bars to support and challenge your body in dynamic ways — building control and stability through the full range of movement.

  3. 03 · Return to the fundamentals

    Mat Pilates

    Return to the foundations of Pilates. Mat classes strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and build balance through controlled, mindful movements using only your bodyweight and small props. A perfect complement to equipment-based sessions — and a beautiful practice in its own right.

  4. 04 · Flow & release

    Yoga & Dynamic Yoga

    Combine flowing movement sequences with mindful stretches to improve joint mobility, release tension, and calm the mind. These sessions blend yoga-inspired flows with Pilates principles to reduce stress and restore body awareness.

    Mobility

    Targeted mobility work focusing on joint health through controlled stretches and movement patterns. Ideal for recovery, injury prevention and improving functional range of motion. Calms the nervous system while actively restoring movement capacity.

  6. 06 · Higher-intensity option

    Core & Cardio

    A core-focused fitness class that improves strength and cardiovascular fitness, incorporating plyometric-style exercises alongside Pilates fundamentals. A higher-intensity option for members seeking a metabolic challenge without losing the attention to form we're known for.
